Tropicana Restaurant

Superb Traditional Mexican Cuisine
Prepared by our Award Winning Chef Antonio Aviles.
Seafood is always fresh and lobsters are live from our tank.

Ever since its foundation over 22 years ago, Tropicana Restaurant has been renewed and remodeled according to the various changes throughout the years, always trying to show the culture of Mexico by showing its Architecture and the artistic job of its people. Since July 1st 2005, we started with the remodeling works from the Main Restaurant with a Mexican colonial style. Using artisans, workers and materials from different regions of Mexico, such as "Canter Stone" from Queretaro, hand carved woods from the "Sierra" of Michoacan, Iron and Steel workers from Jalisco, all this greatly completed with the Colonial themed murals by Hugo Ayvar, from the state of Guerrero, Mastered accomplished with our delicious traditional Mexican Food by our Executive Chef Antonio Aviles.

The Tropicana Restaurant's menu encloses different styles of cooking; from pre-Colombian soup of "Cuitlacoche", to our classical tortilla soup, and enchiladas and our bistro Mexican food, such as "Chiles en Nogada", up to International or Fusion Cuisine, specializing on Food from the Sea, as Sea Bass and Tuna, and our traditional Tank for live lobster, prepared with ingredients from all over the world with our very local touch.
